Welcome to Going 0. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, shopping through the Going 0 Shop, and using the marketplace and community features of Going 0 Plaza. We aim to make sustainable choices easier, more accessible and more connected.
Please read these Terms before using the website or placing an order. Additional information may be shown on individual product pages, at checkout or when you book a service or event. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. Who we are
Going 0 and Going 0 Plaza are brands operated by Miramundo Limited, an Irish company. We operate the website at going0.com.
For questions about these Terms, orders or use of the website, contact admin@going0.com.
2. About Going 0 Shop and Going 0 Plaza
The website brings together different ways to discover and support more sustainable living. Depending on the features available, these may include:
- The Going 0 Shop, offering products such as sustainable goods, physical items, eBooks and downloadable guides.
- Going 0 Plaza marketplace listings from independent sellers.
- Pre-loved items, classified listings, rentals and sharing opportunities.
- Services, jobs, events, community activities and sustainable travel opportunities.
- Ideas, information and practical guidance related to sustainable living.
Not every feature will necessarily be available at all times. Different sections may have additional instructions or terms that apply to a particular transaction or activity.
3. Using the website and creating an account
You agree to use the website lawfully, respectfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the operation and security of the platform.
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access. Please keep your account details up to date.
You must not use the website to commit fraud, distribute harmful software, impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights, publish unlawful material or interfere with the website’s security or operation.
If we reasonably believe that an account or activity breaches these Terms, threatens safety or security, or is unlawful, we may investigate and take proportionate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing content, restricting features or suspending an account. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us or challenge the decision. Any action will be subject to applicable law.
4. Marketplace listings and user content
If you post a listing, advertisement, review, comment, image or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful and appropriate for the service.
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to upload and share content. Listings must not be misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
By submitting content, you give us permission to host, display, reproduce and format it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the relevant website features. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of your content to us. It ends when the content is removed, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, record-keeping or dispute-resolution purposes.
We may review, restrict or remove content that breaches these Terms, applicable law or the rules of a particular service. We do not guarantee that every listing or statement submitted by a user has been independently verified.
5. Independent sellers and marketplace transactions
Going 0 Plaza may display items or services offered by independent sellers and providers. Where relevant, the product page, listing, checkout or booking information will identify the seller or provider and explain who you are contracting with.
Unless the transaction information says otherwise, an independent seller or provider is responsible for the accuracy of their listing, the goods or services they supply, fulfilment and their obligations to the customer. Miramundo Limited operates the platform and may provide marketplace, payment or administrative support, but this does not automatically make us the seller of every third-party item or service.
The protections available to you may depend on whether you buy from a business or a private individual and on the type of transaction. We will not describe a seller as a private individual where they are legally acting as a trader.
If you have a question or problem with a marketplace order, contact admin@going0.com first and include your order or booking reference. We will help identify the appropriate seller or provider and explain the next steps. This support does not remove the legal responsibilities of the party supplying the goods or services.
6. Orders, prices and payments
Product and service pages should provide the relevant description, price and other important information before you commit to a purchase or booking. Please check the details carefully, including any delivery charge, booking condition, digital format or other applicable cost.
Prices and charges will be shown in the relevant listing or checkout. Taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or explained where required. The seller or provider, payment arrangements and applicable terms may vary by transaction.
Submitting an order or booking is a request to purchase or reserve the item or service. The point at which a contract is formed, and any order confirmation, will depend on the information provided at checkout and the applicable transaction terms. We will not treat a payment receipt alone as changing the seller identified for your order.
We use payment services made available through the website to process transactions. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and security checks. You must provide accurate payment and billing information and be authorised to use the payment method.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we will take reasonable steps to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. We will not remove any rights you have because of a pricing or order-processing error.
7. Physical products, delivery and fulfilment
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be provided with the relevant product or at checkout. Delivery may be handled by the seller, a supplier or a fulfilment partner.
Please check the delivery details and ensure the address you provide is correct. If there is a delay, delivery problem or missing parcel, contact us with your order number so we can help identify the responsible seller or fulfilment partner.
Any delivery estimate is subject to the information provided for the particular order and circumstances beyond reasonable control. This does not remove delivery obligations or consumer rights imposed by law.
8. Digital products and downloads
The Going 0 Shop may offer digital products, including eBooks, guides and other downloadable content. The product description should explain what is included, the format and any relevant access or download requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are suitable for the stated format. Unless the listing expressly says otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a personal licence to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You must not resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit the content, or remove copyright notices, without the rights holder’s permission or another lawful basis.
Where digital content is supplied immediately and the law requires it, we will obtain your express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement of the effect on your withdrawal right, and provide the required confirmation. A statement in these Terms alone does not replace any consent or acknowledgement that must be collected at checkout.
Your statutory rights remain in force if digital content is not supplied, cannot be accessed or does not conform to the contract. For cancellation or digital-product problems, please read our Refunds & Returns Policy or contact admin@going0.com.
9. Services, rentals, events and bookings
Listings for services, rentals, events, travel or other bookings may be offered by independent providers. Review the listing and any booking conditions before making a reservation or payment, including the dates, location, duration, inclusions, cancellation arrangements and any eligibility or safety requirements.
The provider is responsible for delivering the service or experience they have advertised, subject to the terms of the booking and applicable law. We will help route questions or complaints to the appropriate provider where possible.
Cancellation rights and refund arrangements may differ depending on the service, the booking date and applicable legal exceptions. Any special conditions must be made available before you commit and cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
10. Refunds, cancellations and consumer rights
Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains how to contact us about change-of-mind cancellations, returns, faulty or damaged goods, digital products and exchanges.
The right to cancel or withdraw depends on the type of purchase and the applicable law. Different rules can apply to physical goods, digital content, services, event tickets, bookings and purchases from private individuals. Where the law provides a right or remedy, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude it.
You can download our Model Withdrawal Form if you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. Using this form is optional; you may also notify us by another clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
For help with an order or booking, contact admin@going0.com and include your order or booking reference.
11. Community participation and communications
We want Going 0 to be a welcoming and constructive community. When using community features, please be respectful, avoid harassment or discrimination, and do not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unrelated to the relevant discussion.
Community access and features may depend on the type of account or subscription offered at the time. Any subscription price, renewal period, included benefits and cancellation arrangements should be displayed before you subscribe.
We may send service-related communications about accounts, orders, bookings, security or changes that affect your use of the website. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the choices available to you.
12. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, Going 0 branding, original text, graphics and other materials owned by Miramundo Limited are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the website and its content for personal, lawful purposes. You must not copy, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except where the law allows it.
Third-party names, logos, product images and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not necessarily mean that Miramundo Limited owns or endorses them.
13. Third-party websites and services
The website may contain links to external websites, payment services, social networks or other third-party tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of an independent third-party website merely because we link to it. This does not exclude responsibility where applicable law requires it, or affect any rights you may have against a seller or service provider.
14. Website availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available and working properly, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or reasons beyond our reasonable control.
We may add, change or discontinue website features as the platform develops. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where appropriate. Changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and will not remove rights that have already accrued or override mandatory legal requirements.
15. Liability
We are committed to operating the website with reasonable care. However, we cannot guarantee that every user listing, third-party service or external website will always be accurate, available or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. These Terms do not restrict your statutory rights in relation to goods, digital content or services.
Where the law permits, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from a third party’s independent acts or omissions, or from your misuse of the website. This does not affect any responsibility that Miramundo Limited has under a contract with you or under applicable law.
16. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the website, contact us, place an order or use marketplace features.
Cookies and similar technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy and cookie settings, where available. Please review those notices to understand the choices available to you.
17. Complaints and contact
If you have a question, complaint or concern about the website, an order or a booking, please contact us first. Include any relevant order or booking reference and enough information for us to understand the issue.
Email: admin@going0.com
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the country where you live. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
19. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date. Please review it periodically.
