Code of Ethical Conduct

Going 0 and Going 0 Plaza are brands of Miramundo Limited. This Code of Ethical Conduct sets out the standards expected of vendors, suppliers, business partners and other parties who use or work with our platform. It supports our commitment to ethical business, human rights, environmental responsibility and the transition towards a lower-waste economy.

1. Ethics, integrity and fair dealing

Honesty and integrity: Vendors and partners must act honestly, professionally and fairly in their dealings with Miramundo, customers, other vendors and third parties.

Bribery and corruption: Bribery, kickbacks, improper payments, fraud, extortion and other corrupt practices are prohibited. Any gifts or hospitality offered or accepted must be lawful, reasonable and not intended to influence a business decision improperly.

Accurate records and tax compliance: Business, product, transaction and financial records must be accurate and must not be falsified. Vendors and partners must comply with applicable tax, accounting and reporting obligations.

Fair competition and advertising: Vendors must comply with applicable competition and consumer-protection laws. Listings, prices, promotions, product descriptions, reviews and other commercial communications must not be deceptive, fraudulent or misleading.

Authenticity and lawful sourcing: Products must be genuine, lawfully sourced and offered with any required permissions or documentation. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully traded or otherwise prohibited goods must not be listed.

Equality and animal welfare: Discrimination, harassment and unlawful exclusion are unacceptable. Vendors must comply with applicable animal-welfare laws and must not misrepresent animal testing, animal-derived ingredients or animal-welfare claims.

2. Products, services and marketplace conduct

Vendors must ensure that their products and services are lawful, safe, accurately described and suitable for the purpose represented. They must provide relevant information about prices, condition, availability, delivery, materials, ingredients, limitations and other material characteristics.

Vendors must comply with applicable product-safety, labelling, consumer-protection, intellectual-property and product-specific requirements. Where relevant, they must maintain required licences, registrations, certifications and traceability records and provide them when lawfully requested.

Listings must not contain fabricated reviews, misleading photographs, false scarcity claims, hidden material charges or inaccurate statements about a product’s origin, performance or environmental benefits. Vendors must not misuse customer information or attempt to manipulate marketplace systems.

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling their obligations to customers and for communicating promptly and honestly about orders, bookings, cancellations, complaints and other transaction-related issues, subject to the applicable platform terms and law.

3. Confidentiality, data protection and security

Vendors and partners must protect confidential business information and use it only for legitimate, authorised purposes. Confidential information must not be disclosed to others unless authorised or required by law.

Anyone handling personal data through Going 0 must comply with applicable data-protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, collected only for specified purposes, limited to what is necessary and retained only as long as justified.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures must be taken to protect personal data and account information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Suspected data breaches affecting Going 0, Miramundo or their users must be reported promptly to admin@going0.com, without prejudice to any separate legal reporting obligations.

4. Labour, human rights and safe working conditions

Vendors and partners must respect internationally recognised human rights and comply with applicable employment and labour laws in their operations and supply chains.

Child labour and forced labour: Child labour, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, debt bondage and other forms of exploitation are prohibited. Workers must be employed freely and must not be unlawfully required to surrender identity documents or pay recruitment fees that breach applicable law.

Fair treatment: Workers must be treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, abuse, intimidation, unlawful discrimination and retaliation against people raising genuine concerns are unacceptable.

Pay and working conditions: Vendors must pay wages and benefits on time and in accordance with applicable law, including minimum-wage, working-time and overtime requirements. They must respect workers’ applicable rights to rest, leave and freedom of association.

Health and safety: Vendors must provide a safe working environment, appropriate training and necessary protective equipment for work under their control, as required by law. They must maintain required permits and authorisations and take reasonable steps to prevent workplace injuries.

5. Environmental responsibility and credible claims

Going 0 exists to help people move towards lower-waste and more sustainable choices. Vendors are encouraged to support reuse, repair, sharing, rental, recycling and responsible consumption wherever relevant to their offer.

New products and services listed as sustainable must meet the platform’s applicable sustainability criteria. Vendors must be able to explain and, where reasonably requested, provide evidence for specific environmental or social claims. Claims must be accurate, clear, proportionate and relevant to the product or service actually being offered.

Vendors must not make vague, exaggerated or misleading claims such as “eco-friendly”, “green”, “zero impact”, “carbon neutral”, “organic”, “biodegradable” or “sustainable” unless the claim is lawful, properly substantiated and sufficiently specific for the context. A claim about one component, ingredient, packaging element or activity must not imply that the whole product or business has that characteristic. Carbon offsetting alone must not be presented as proof that a product has no environmental impact.

Vendors must comply with applicable environmental and product rules, including relevant requirements for packaging, waste, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, chemicals, product safety, recycling and producer responsibility where these apply to their role and products. They should reduce avoidable waste, conserve resources and manage emissions, wastewater and waste responsibly.

6. Cooperation, reporting and consequences

Vendors must reasonably cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and with Miramundo’s reasonable enquiries about compliance, product safety, authenticity, environmental claims, labour standards or a reported breach. Vendors should preserve relevant records and must not obstruct a lawful investigation.

Anyone who has a concern or suspects a breach of this Code may report it to admin@going0.com. Reports will be handled as sensitively as reasonably possible and may be made anonymously where feasible. Information may need to be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate and address the concern.

Miramundo may assess reports, request supporting information, require corrective action or restrict, suspend or terminate a vendor’s relationship or platform access where appropriate and lawful. Any action will be considered in light of the nature and seriousness of the concern, available evidence, relevant agreements and applicable law.

7. Related policies and review

This Code should be read alongside the Going 0 Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy and any vendor, listing, booking or service-specific terms that apply.

This Code describes standards expected of vendors and partners; it is not a guarantee that every vendor or listing has been independently audited or certified by Miramundo. Nothing in this Code limits any legal right or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited.
