Going 0 and Going 0 Plaza are brands of Miramundo Limited (“Miramundo”). This Vendor Code of Conduct sets out the standards expected of vendors using Going 0 Plaza, including private individuals and business sellers and, where relevant, their employees, agents and subcontractors. It complements the Going 0 Code of Ethical Conduct and the applicable platform terms.
1. Honest and lawful selling
Vendors must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration details and identify whether they are acting as a business or trader, or as a private individual. Vendors must comply with laws applicable to their activities, including consumer protection, tax, licensing, product safety, labelling, intellectual property and competition rules.
Listings, images, prices, discounts, availability, delivery estimates, product condition and service descriptions must be truthful and not misleading. Vendors must not post fake reviews, impersonate others, manipulate platform functions, hide material charges or engage in fraud, bribery, corruption or other dishonest conduct.
Products must be genuine, lawfully sourced and safe, and must not be stolen, counterfeit, prohibited or unlawfully diverted. Vendors must promptly notify Going 0 if they discover a material error, safety issue, recall, suspected counterfeit or other problem affecting a listing or transaction, and cooperate with reasonable requests for supporting evidence.
2. Customer care and fulfilment
Vendors must communicate respectfully and promptly, keep customers informed about material changes, and fulfil orders, bookings and services as described and agreed. They must handle cancellations, returns, refunds, complaints and other customer issues in accordance with applicable law, the relevant transaction terms and Going 0 policies.
Vendors must not misrepresent who is selling or supplying an item or service. Where a product or service is provided by a third party, this must be made clear where required. Vendors must retain appropriate transaction and fulfilment records and provide relevant information when reasonably needed to resolve a complaint or comply with the law.
3. Sustainability and environmental claims
Going 0 Plaza aims to support lower-waste and more sustainable choices, including reuse, repair, sharing, rental, recycling, upcycling and responsible consumption. New products or services presented as sustainable must meet the platform’s applicable sustainability criteria.
Environmental and social claims must be accurate, specific, proportionate, relevant and supportable with appropriate evidence. Vendors must not use vague or misleading claims such as “eco-friendly”, “green”, “zero impact”, “carbon neutral”, “organic”, “biodegradable” or “sustainable” unless lawful and properly substantiated. A claim about one ingredient, component, package or activity must not imply that the whole product or business has that characteristic. Carbon offsetting alone must not be presented as proof that a product has no environmental impact.
Vendors must comply with applicable environmental requirements, including those relevant to packaging, waste, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, chemicals and producer responsibility where these apply to their products or activities. They should reduce avoidable waste, conserve resources and manage waste and emissions responsibly.
4. Human rights and working conditions
Vendors who employ or engage workers must comply with applicable labour and human-rights laws. Child labour in breach of applicable law, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, debt bondage, harassment, abuse and unlawful discrimination are prohibited.
Workers must be treated with dignity and respect and receive pay and benefits in accordance with applicable law. Vendors must provide safe working conditions and required training and equipment, respect applicable working-time rules, and must not unlawfully withhold wages or require workers to surrender identity documents as a condition of employment. Vendors should take reasonable steps to address serious human-rights risks in their supply chains.
5. Animal welfare and responsible sourcing
Where relevant to a product or service, vendors must comply with applicable animal-welfare laws and describe animal-derived ingredients, testing practices and animal-related experiences accurately. Vendors must not make unsupported claims about cruelty-free status, animal testing or ethical sourcing.
6. Privacy, confidentiality and security
Vendors must respect confidential information and protect customer, vendor and business information against unauthorised access, loss, use or disclosure. Personal data obtained through Going 0 may be used only for legitimate and authorised purposes and must be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR where applicable.
Vendors must use appropriate security measures, keep records only as long as justified or legally required, and promptly report suspected data breaches or security incidents affecting Going 0 or its users to admin@going0.com. Vendors must not use customer details for unrelated marketing or share them with others without a lawful basis.
7. Cooperation and reporting
Vendors must reasonably cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and with reasonable enquiries from Miramundo concerning listings, product safety, authenticity, sustainability claims, customer complaints or suspected breaches. Vendors should preserve relevant records and must not obstruct a lawful investigation.
Concerns or suspected breaches may be reported to admin@going0.com. Reports will be handled as sensitively as reasonably possible and may be made anonymously where feasible, although anonymity cannot always be guaranteed where information is needed to investigate or where disclosure is required by law.
8. Breaches and action
Where appropriate and lawful, Miramundo may request information or corrective action, remove or restrict a listing, suspend marketplace access, or terminate a vendor relationship in accordance with the applicable platform terms and law. Decisions may take account of the seriousness and frequency of the issue, available evidence, customer or public safety, and whether corrective action is taken.
This Code does not guarantee that every vendor or listing has been independently audited or certified by Miramundo. Vendors remain responsible for their own legal obligations. Nothing in this Code limits any legal right or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Related policies and updates
This Code should be read alongside the Going 0 Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy and any applicable vendor, listing, booking or service-specific terms.
Miramundo may update this Code from time to time and will publish the current version on the website. Where required by law or contract, notice or agreement to material changes will be obtained.
