Overview
We want you to feel confident shopping with Going 0. This policy explains what to do if you change your mind, need a refund, receive something that isn’t right, or have a problem with a digital download.
Going 0 and Going 0 Plaza are brands operated by Miramundo Limited, an Irish company. Some products may be sold by independent sellers or supplied by specialist fulfilment partners. The seller responsible for your order may therefore vary. Start by contacting us, and we’ll help identify the seller and provide the appropriate instructions.
Please don’t send an item back until you’ve contacted us and received return instructions. This helps make sure it goes to the right address.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply to your purchase under law.
Refunds
If you change your mind about a physical item
For most goods bought online from a trader, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving the item that you want to cancel your purchase, without giving a reason. For orders delivered in separate items, the period usually runs from receipt of the last item. Some legal exceptions apply.
Email admin@going0.com within the 14-day period, include your order number and clearly say that you want to withdraw from the purchase. You can use the Model Withdrawal Form, but you don’t have to.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to send the item back. Please wait for our return instructions before posting it.
Return costs and the condition of items
If you return an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’re generally responsible for the direct return postage costs, provided this was explained before purchase. The cost can vary depending on the item, its size and weight, and where it needs to be sent. Where the law requires the seller to pay return costs, including for faulty or non-conforming goods, you won’t be asked to pay them.
You can handle and inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it more than necessary to check what it is and how it works. Please include accessories and packaging where possible, but this does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
When will I receive my refund?
Where you validly withdraw from a purchase, the seller will generally refund the price of the goods and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the extra cost may not be refundable where the law allows this.
Refunds are generally due within 14 days after the seller is told about your withdrawal. For physical goods, the seller may be able to wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that you have sent them, whichever happens first. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method, unless you agree otherwise, and no refund fee will be charged.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is missing from your order, contact admin@going0.com as soon as you can and include your order number and details of the problem. Photos of the item, packaging or damage can help us look into it.
Depending on the issue and the law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We’ll help you understand the next steps. Supplier procedures or deadlines do not remove your statutory rights.
Digital downloads, eBooks and guides
Digital products, such as eBooks and downloadable guides, are supplied electronically, so the cancellation process is different from returns of physical items.
When you buy a digital download, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw. If you ask for the download to be supplied immediately, we will explain before you order if doing so means you will lose that right. Where required by law, we’ll ask for your express consent to begin supplying the content during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right to withdraw once supply begins. We’ll confirm this in your order confirmation.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your cancellation rights may be different. A digital product is not automatically non-refundable simply because it has been downloaded.
If a digital product is missing, cannot be downloaded, does not work as described or is not what you purchased, contact admin@going0.com with your order number. Your statutory rights still apply, and we’ll help resolve the problem. Depending on the circumstances, this may include supplying the content correctly, fixing the problem, reducing the price or providing a refund.
When the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply
The right to withdraw does not apply to every purchase. Legal exceptions may include personalised goods and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Specific rules apply to digital content supplied immediately with the required consent and acknowledgement. An exception will only apply where the legal conditions are met.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different item, contact us at admin@going0.com with your order number and tell us what you’d like to exchange. Exchanges depend on the product, availability and the seller’s arrangements, so we’ll confirm whether an exchange is possible and explain any return or delivery costs before you proceed.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please tell us rather than treating it as an ordinary change-of-mind exchange. Your legal rights still apply.
Digital downloads cannot usually be exchanged in the same way as physical products. If you bought the wrong download or have trouble accessing it, contact us and we’ll review the issue. This does not limit your statutory rights.
How to contact us
For any cancellation, return, refund, exchange or digital-product issue, email admin@going0.com and include your order number, the product name and a short description of what you need help with. We’ll help identify the responsible seller, if applicable, and explain the next steps.
