This policy applies only to products sold directly by Going 0 through Going 0 Plaza. Products sold by independent marketplace vendors are subject to their own delivery arrangements.
Delivery Destinations
We currently deliver Going 0 products across the EU, except Malta and Cyprus.
Delivery Costs
Delivery starts from €5, depending on the product, delivery destination and delivery method. The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Free delivery is available on orders of €50 or more across the EU, except Malta and Cyprus.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant product page or at checkout where available. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. If your order contains several products, they may arrive separately.
Tracking and Delivery Problems
Where tracking is available, the details will be provided through the relevant order or delivery communications.
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete, please contact us at admin@going0.com, quoting your order number. For damaged items, photographs of the product and its packaging can help us investigate.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Changes to the address cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has been dispatched.
